  Both times I have had to pick up food for my pregnant wife, the order was either wrong or they were so careless with the food that it was presented through the drive-thru upside down. When I called management they attempted to pass the buck onto me by saying it was my fault and that I should learn to handle my food better. Terrible team starts with terrible management.

  We waited forever for our food. I understand it's a busy time but that means you should have more employees working. Not impressed at all.

  Drive thru sucks!!! Takes 30-40 mins every time. Even when there is only 2 car is the drive thru you will still wait 25 mins.. But the chicken Chipotle griller f"n rock #addicted
